If you are looking for a way you spruce up your elevations for marketing purposes but a 3d visualisation is out of your budget, then a coloured elevation is a great option.
What it does is it adds colour and texture to what can quite easily been seen as a lifeless image and creates an eye catching promotional tool.
Our Design Process:
We have a very simple design process for our 2d elevation service and it results in a very quick turn around (usually 48 hours).
- Order
Contact us via email or phone to place an order for one of our coloured elevations. - Provide Plan and Colours
We then ask you to send through a copy of your builders plans – including floor plan and elevation. At this stage we also ask for a lost of materials/colours so that we model and colour the project completely. - Design Stage
We get to work on the design white results in a finished product much like the image above. - Revision
It is then sent to you for revision and any minor changes that may be needed. - Update (If Necessary)
If there are any changes, we will work on updating the design. - Delivery
We send you a final copy of the file in print format as well as the standard size for RealEstate.com.au listings.
How Much Does It Cost?
A standard 2d coloured elevation is $150. Larger projects may be extra, please contact us for a quote.
