Shop Fit Out Visualisations & Floor Plan

About this Project

Our client, Robert James Realty were opening a new office in Peregian Springs and asked us to complete a few 3d visualisations and a dimensioned real estate floor plan for them to submit as their fit out plan to the properties management.

What we achieved provided a great overview of how the office would look, including:

• External Visualisation – To show signage and view of the window displays.
• Internal Visualisation – To show the the finished reception area with all changes.
• Coloured Floor Plan – To show the new office layout, including furniture as well as room sizes.
