Floor Plan for Renovation Loan Application

About this Project

This was a real estate floor plan that we completed to accompany a clients renovation loan application.

Their renovation did not include any major structural changes, so they did not see the need to pay for an architect. We created an overall proposed floor plan, as well as individual versions of each individual zone.
