Accordion Styles

1. Order

Contact us via phone or email with the project you would like completed and we will get the process started with checklist of finer details to make sure we both have the same understanding.

2. Provide Construction Plans (Autocad or PDF)

The next step is to send us a copy of the construction plans for us to work off. While we prefer Autocad files, we can usually work off PDF files for no extra cost.

3. 3D Modelling

This is were we get to work on the 3d modelling. This usually take 2 business days and the result is a solid white (or basic coloured 3d model of building.

4. Revision 1 & Colours

We send the 3d model back to you for review. This is your opportunity to let us know if there is anything that needs to be changed before the job progresses further. We will also require colours for the project if these have not been provided already.

Landscaping5.

At this point also, we start thinking about landscaping the 3d visualisation. If you have a landscape plan we will work to that, or we are able to work with you to create a landscape design or you can allow us to make the landscape decisions.

6. Adding Textures & Colours to 3D Model.

Then it is back to us and we continue to work on the model, making any changes necessary, as well as adding adding the landscaping and any additional textures necessary. (Allow up to two days for this stage)

7. Revision 2

Before we complete the final render, we send you an updated 3d model with an unrendered version of your project. It allows you to make minor revisions if necessary.

8. Final Render

With your approval of the final model, we start on the final render process which usually takes a computer 8-12 hours to add all the finer details that create the photo-realistic view. We then added plants and trees as well as additional small details that complete the project.

9. Delivery

The majority of our clients request the final 3d visualisation file to be sent via email, however we are also able to send a copy on CD or USB via post.
